Police and some councils will ask for two forms of ID (photo ID + proof of address). Send those attachments in your email to the body. LAWBOX is not a safe ID vault and will not accept scans of passports, driving licences or bills through this site.

Clock starts when you send it. SAR ≈ 1 month. FOI = 20 working days. If they miss it: internal review, then ICO, then (if you suffered damage) a civil claim under Art 82 — with a solicitor, not via this form.
